Gorkha Finance and Prudential Finance merger

KATHMANDU, JULY 12:
Prudential Finance and Gorkha Finance signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to get merged. Prudential Finance’s chairman Bhuvan Dev Pant and Gorkha Finance’s chairman Manoranjan Raman Sharma signed the MoU on Wednesday. The finance companies have planned to conclude merger procedure by the end of mid-January 2013.
