Goodwill Finance proposes 10% cash dividend; Paid-up capital at Rs 80 crore

Goodwill Finance (GFCL) has proposed 10% cash dividend for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76.
The 345th Board Meeting held on Poush 02, 2076 has decided to propose 10% cash dividend worth Rs 8 crore. Its current capital stands at Rs 80 crore.
The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra bank and the upcoming AGM of the finance.
