Goodwill Finance appoints Mr. Dilip Kumar Munankarmi As Its New Chairman

Goodwill Finance Company Limited, through its 417th board meeting, has appointed Mr. Dilip Kumar Munankarmi as its chairman, effective from Magh 15, 2080. Dilip Kumar Munankarmi has garnered unanimous support in assuming the role of chairman for the new board of directors.

The assembly also unanimously elected two directors each from the promoters and public shareholding groups. The directors elected include Dilip Kumar Munankarmi and Jeny Joshi from the promoter's shareholding group, and Pashupati Bhakta Shrestha, and Udayeshwar Shrestha from the public shareholding group.
