Goodwill Announces 6.28% Stock and 7.72% Cash Dividend, Kanchan proposed 20% bonus

The BOD meeting of Goodwill Finance Limited has proposed 6.28 percent  bonus share and 7.72% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

The BoD meeting of bank held on 19th Kartik 2071 has decided to recommend a dividend to its shareholders. However, the decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the Bank’s Annual General Meeting.

Also, the BOD meeting of Kanchan Development Bank Limited held on 12th Kartik 2071 has proposed 20% bonus share and 1.0526% cash dividend (tax purpose) to its shareholders from the profit it’s earned in the last fiscal year.
