Gold Spikes Up by Rs 900 Per Tola Today to Trade at Rs 102,600; Silver Up by Rs 10

The price of gold has gained Rs. 900 per tola today.

According to the official website of the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is being traded today at Rs. 102,600 per tola. Yesterday, the rate was maintained at Rs. 101,700 per tola. Meanwhile, Tejabi gold is being traded at Rs. 102,100 today. In contrast, the rate was maintained yesterday at Rs. 101,200 per tola.

On the sideline, silver has also gained Rs. 10 per tola. The lustrous white metal is being traded in the local market today at Rs. 1,410 per tola, compared to yesterday's closing rate of Rs. 1,400 per tola.

The current price of gold in USD is $1,840.50 per ounce while silver is trading at $24.40 per ounce in the international market.
