Gold Gains Rs. 1000 Per Tola in Nepalese Market Today; Silver Trading at Rs. 1,345

The price of gold has gained Rs. 1000 per tola today.

According to the official website of the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is being traded today at Rs. 99,100 per tola. The rate was maintained at Rs. 98,100 per tola on Friday. Meanwhile, Tejabi gold is being traded at Rs. 98,600 today. In contrast, the rate was maintained on day before yesterday at Rs. 97,600 per tola.

The price of gold has risen by 1,300 per tola over a week. The gold was traded at Rs. 97,800 per tola on November 25, 2022 (last Friday).

On the sideline, silver has also gained Rs. 15 per tola today. The lustrous white metal is being traded in the local market today at Rs. 1,345 per tola, compared to last Friday's closing rate of Rs. 1,295 per tola. Over the past week, the price of silver has also increased by Rs. 50 per tola.

The current price of gold in USD is $1,797.50 per ounce while the silver is trading at $22.59 per ounce in international market.
