Global IME Laghubitta to convene 6th AGM on Kartik 29; Company set to issue 100% right shares

Global IME Laghubitta Bitiya Sanstha Limited (GILB) will be convening its 6^th AGM on Kartik 29, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Hotel Gateway Himalaya Resort, Besisahar.

The main agenda of the meeting is the approval for the 100% right share on the capital resulted after 15% bonus distribution to be made through the same meeting.

For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders register book of the microfinance company will remain closed on Kartik 16, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding shares till Kartik 15 will be able to participate in the AGM.
