Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has formed a three-person committee to research on other microfinance companies and study the prospect/viability of merger and acquisition.
The 116th meeting of the management team held on Bhadra 10 had decided on the matter.
Sushovan Devkota is the coordinator of the three-person committee. Similarly, Animesh Halwai is a member and Harikrishna Joshi is a member-secretary.
