Global IME Capital to convene 12th AGM on Kartik 8, 2076; 16.84% cash dividend to be endorsed

The BOD meeting of Global IME Capital Limited has decided that the 12th AGM of the company will be held on Kartik 8, 2076 at the premise of the company in Jamal from 9:30 AM onwards.
The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights of FY 75/76 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77. The AGM will endorse decision to distribute 16.84% cash dividend out of profits of FY 75/76.
The AGM will also elect a director from the ‘A’ category shareholders of the merchant bank.
