Global IME Bank Proposes 8% Cash Dividend for FY 2081/82

Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) has proposed an 8% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The 459th board of directors meeting held on Ashwin 25 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 38.11 Arba. An 8% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 3.04 Arba has been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the NRB and endorsement by the company's upcoming 19th AGM. As of writing, GBIME has an LTP of Rs. 242.90.
