Global IME Bank Proposes 13.6% Dividend for FY 2078/079

Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) has proposed a 13.6% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.
The bank has proposed a 10.6% cash dividend and a 3% bonus shares from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 23.79 Arba. Thus, the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 2.52 Arba and bonus shares are worth Rs. 79.38 crores. The cash dividend includes the tax amount for the bonus shares.
This decision is subject to approval from the NRB after which it will be endorsed in the AGM of the bank.
