Global IME Bank Promoted "Global IME Samunnat Yojana -II" to Issue 10.20 Crore Units Mutual Fund Scheme to General Public From Ashadh 22

Global IME Capital Limited has published an offer letter to issue the "Global IME Samunnat Yojana -II" closed-end mutual fund scheme. The issue will open from the 22nd Ashadh to the 25th Ashadh, 2082. If not subscribed fully by the early closing date, the issue can be extended till Sharawn 4.

Out of 12 crore unit shares, 1.5%, i.e., 18 lakh units worth Rs. 1.80 crore, have been allocated to the scheme manager, Global IME Bank Limited, and 13.50%, i.e., 1,62,00,000 units worth Rs. 16.20 crores, have been allocated to the fund sponsor, Global IME Capital Limited. The remaining 10,20,00,000 units worth Rs 1.02 Arba will be issued to the general public and institutions.

"Global IME Samunnat Yojana -II" is a closed-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1,20,00,000 units.
