Global IME Bank Launches 'Digital Universe' in Kathmandu

Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) has launched 'Digital Universe,' a digital lounge in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, offering automated banking services such as check and cash deposits, and ATMs.

Inaugurated by Chandra Prasad Dhakal, the lounge aims to promote digital transactions and enhance customer convenience.

Dhakal emphasized that this initiative aligns with the global shift towards digital banking, providing 24/7 access to financial services and reducing the need for physical branch visits.

The Digital Universe is a significant step in the bank's digital transformation efforts, setting a benchmark for digital banking in Nepal. Senior management and directors of the bank attended the launch event.
