The inauguration ceremony was officiated by Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City Chief Tikaram Khadka. This initiative comes in response to the growing demands and pressures from customers.

With this addition, the bank now boasts a network of 68 extension and revenue collection counters. The new extension counter will offer a range of general banking services, including deposit collection, cash payment, mobile and online banking, as well as remittance facilities.
