Global IME Bank extends QR code payment system to auto-rickshaws; passengers in Gaighat to enjoy digital payment via MoBanking service

Global IME Bank has extended QR code payment in auto-rickshaws under City Safari Yatayat that runs in Gaighat of Udayapur.

Following the agreement, both passengers and auto drivers will have a comfortable time while paying and receiving payment for the travel in auto-rickshaw via MoBanking service, as per the media statement.

Province I head of the bank Mr. Subash Sapkota and Gaighat BM of the bank Mr. Rabin Raj Dahal have handed over the QR codes to the drivers in the bank’s Gaighat branch, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has 273 branches in 76 districts, 242 ATM terminals, 47 extension and revenue collection counters, 257 branchless banking units, and  3 foreign relation offices under its growing network serving its customers.
