KATHMANDU, JAN 20:
Global IME Bank’s annual general meeting on January 13 elected Chandra Prasad Dhakal, Sumit Kumar Agrawal, Suraj Kumar Shrestha, Suman Pokhrel and Shruhud Raj Ghimire as executive committee members representing the promoters group. The board meeting of the executive committee members on Thursday has reappointed Chandra Prasad Dhakal as the chairman of the bank for a period of four years. Likewise, Krishna Bahadur Kunwar and Sudarshan Krishna Shrestha were elected as board members representing the public shareholders group.
