Global IME Bank brings Special Home Loan in 7.99% annual interest rate; to provide loans of up to Rs 1.50 crore for 15 years

Global IME Bank has launched a Special Home Loan scheme with just 7.99% annual interest to enable people to receive affordable housing loans and to migrate similar loans from other banks.

Under this scheme, customers can avail of home loans up to Rs 1.50 crore for up to 15 years in an affordable credit facility where they will also get free mobile banking and credit card services for the first year.

Customers will be able to receive the loan within 3 working days of submitting the complete documents and the scheme will remain in place for a limited time, as per the media statement.
