Global IME Bank brings foreign employment support loan scheme with 12.80% fixed interest rate; migrant Nepalese to receive collateral-free loans up to Rs 1.50 lakh

Global IME Bank has launched the Global Foreign Employment Support Loan scheme targeting migrant Nepalese workers.

Under this scheme, migrant workers travelling abroad can receive loans of Rs 50 thousand to Rs 1.50 lakh without any collateral at a 12.80% fixed interest rate. One who is above 21 years, who has a saving account with the bank, and who has a valid work permit from Nepal Government can apply for this loan from IME Pay wallet the loan repayment period will be 18 months, as per the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services to its customers from its 357 branches in 77 districts, 362 ATM terminals, 64 extension and revenue collection counters, 322 branchless banking units and 3 foreign relations offices under its network.
