Global IME Bank appoints Sunrise Capital as issue manager for its 5 Arba worth debenture; to provide 11.25% interest annually for 5 years

Global IME Bank has appointed Sunrise Capital as the issue manager to float its Rs 5 Arba worth 11.25% GBIME Debenture 2084-85 to the general public as well as institutional investors.
The debenture will provide 11.25% interest annually for the coming five years, as per the media statement.
The MoU was signed between CEO of the bank Mr. Ratna Raj Bajracharya and CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Bijay Lal Shrestha amid a program.
