Global IME Bank Appoints Mandip Luitel as CEO of Global IME Capital

Global IME Bank Limited has appointed Mr. Mandip Luitel as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Global IME Capital Limited, a subsidiary responsible for merchant banking operations.

The decision was made by the company's Board of Directors on Poush 19, and Mr. Luitel's tenure in this key executive role is set for the next four years, effective from Magh 1, 2080. A resident of Rajbiraj, Saptari, Mr. Luitel has previously served as the Deputy CEO of Sanima Capital Limited, and he brings over six years of experience in investment banking.

Mr. Luitel, an engineering graduate from Kathmandu University, has also obtained qualifications from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Mumbai. With approximately two and a half years of managerial experience in the Capital Market/Structured Finance Group at ICICI Bank in Mumbai, Mr. Luitel has a specialized understanding of Nepal's share market.
