Global IME Bank and Bhatbhateni Supermarket Partner for Zero-Interest Instant EMI Facility

Global IME Bank Limited and Bhatbhateni Supermarket & Departmental Store have signed a bilateral agreement to provide customers with a zero-percent interest instant EMI facility on purchases made at all Bhatbhateni outlets. The partnership aims to promote digital payments and modern financial services by allowing credit card users to convert purchases of NPR 15,000 or more into easy installments without any paperwork or additional charges. Customers can choose repayment periods ranging from 3 to 18 months.

Under the agreement, a special BBSM Club Credit Card will also be issued to regular Bhatbhateni shoppers based on their transaction history, offering credit limits between NPR 150,000 and NPR 300,000. The collaboration, supported by IMS Software as a technical partner, is expected to enhance customer convenience through discounts, cashback, and reward-based programs while strengthening digital financial inclusion in Nepal.
