Global IME Bank and Badimalika Municipality Partner to Boost Local Entrepreneurship with New Loan Program

Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) and Badimalika Municipality have agreed to facilitate loans to local entrepreneurs to promote self-reliance and entrepreneurship.

The deal was signed by Suman Pokharel, Deputy CEO of Global IME Bank, and Mayor Amar Bahadur Khadka of Badimalika Municipality.

The initiative targets farmers, agricultural entrepreneurs, and residents aspiring to become self-employed in agriculture, offering them easy access to loans.

This effort by Global IME Bank, which has a wide-reaching network across Nepal and serves over 4.6 million customers, aims to bolster entrepreneurship within the municipality. The bank also plays a significant role in the national economy by handling remittances from various countries around the world.
