GhodiGhoda Laghubitta Calls AGM on Poush 10, What are the Agendas?

GhodiGhoda Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has called its 6th AGM on 10th Poush, 2078. The meeting will be held in Hotel Rubus, Dhangadhi, starting at 10 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of the annual report to be presented by the Chairman.
2) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2077/78.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and approval of their compensation.
4) Misc.

Ghodighoda Laghubitta called its first SGM on Ashwin 16. Ghodighoda Laghubitta and Unique Nepal Laghubitta signed the merger agreement with each other. Among other agendas, the meeting endorsed a 1: 0.5 share swap ratio between Ghodighoda Laghubitta and Unique Nepal Laghubitta. Thus, share trading was halted from Kartik 21 last year (the year 2077). Hence, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM.
