Gharelu Laghubitta to convene its 1st AGM on Poush 11; range of agendas in list

Gharelu Laghubitta has decided to convene its first ever AGM on Poush 11, 2076.

The microfinance currently provides services to more than 4,000 from its 13 branches in 11 districts within 9 short months of its operation, as per the media statement.

The AGM will discuss and endorse the financial reports for the previous fiscal year, elect new members to the board from the promoter group, authorize the board to carry out M&A process with other institutions, as per the notice published by the company.
