Gharelu Laghubitta to convene first AGM on Poush 11; Major agenda to elect directors from promoter shareholders

Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha will be convening its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 11, 2076 at its central office located at Banepa-08, Kavrepalanchowk from 11 AM onwards.

The 13th Board Meeting of the microfinance held on Mangsir 19, 2076 has decided on following agendas for the AGM:

• Approval of the annual report to be presented by the Chairman.
• Approval of audited financial statements for the year 2075/76.
• Appointment of auditor for 2076/77 and determination of the remuneration.
• Election of Directors from promoter shareholders.
