Gharelu Laghubitta convenes 1st AGM; unanimously elects six board members

Gharelu Laghubitta has convened its 1st AGM on Poush 11, 2076 under the leadership of company’s chair Mr. Aang Dendi Sherpa. The AGM has endorsed all the financial reports of the previous fiscal year.
Similarly, the AGM also unanimously elected six members to the company’s board, as per the statement.
The AGM has also decided to authorize the board to carry out the merger / acquisition process with other suitable organizations, as per the statement.
The microfinance has its 13 branches in 11 districts and serves several rural households in Nepal, as per the media statement.
