Gharelu Laghubitta conducts orientation training for field level staff members; aims for their better performance via regular skill development
Gharelu Laghubitta has conducted a one day orientation and capacity development training for its field level staffs of Bagmati and Gandaki province on Magh 25, 2076.
The training event was facilitated by HoDs Sonam Sherpa, Pradip Kumar Ghimire, Anjana Pyakurel, Roshan Shrestha and Tulshiram Bhattarai who highlighted on the range of issues.
The young microfinance currently has its presence in 11 districts via its 13 branches and serves more than 5200 rural households, as per the media statement.
