Gharelu Laghubitta calls AGM on Poush 14: Agenda to endorse Swap Ratio for merger

Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has called its 2nd AGM on Poush 14, i.e. December 29.

The 25th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 22 has decided to conduct the AGM in Panchakanya Banquet, Banepa 08, Kavrepalanchowk. The AGM will commence at 11 am that day.

Apart from the usual agendas, the AGM will also endorse the Share Swap Ratio determined by the Due Diligence Audit (DDA). This meeting will thus approve the merger between Samata Laghubitta and Gharelu Laghubitta. After the merger, they will operate under the name "Samata Gharelu Bittiya Sanstha Limited."

Gharelu Laghubitta isn't listed in NEPSE. Meanwhile, Samata Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) has the last day closing at Rs. 660.
