Ghalemdi Hydro Limited (GHL) calls 5th and 6th AGM on Magh 15; What are the agendas?

Ghalemdi Hydro Limited (GHL) has called its 5th and 6th AGM on Magh 15. The meeting will be held in Hotel Moonlight Paknajol, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day. However, because of gathering restrictions due to the pandemic, the meeting will be streamed virtually for investors.
This is the company's first AGM after being public. These are the agendas of the AGM:
a) Endorse the annual reports of the fiscal year 2074/75 and 2075/76.
b) Endorse the cashflow, PNL statement, and other financial metrics of the respective fiscal years.
c) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2076/77 and approval of compensation.
d) Election of two board members representing the public investors.
The book closure is announced on Magh 05. Thus, investors maintained before that day are eligible to attend the AGM.
