Ghalemdi Hydro Limited Calls 7th AGM; What are the Agendas?

Ghalemdi Hydro Limited has called its 7th AGM on 23rd Baisakh, 2078. The AGM will be held in Hotel Moonlight, Paknajol, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas:

a) Endorse the annual reports of the fiscal year 2076/77.
b) Endorse the cash flow, PNL statement, and other financial metrics of the fiscal year.
c) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and approval of compensation.

The book closure is announced on Baisakh 16. Thus, investors maintained before that day are eligible to attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Baisakh 16 to Baisakh 23.
