Gentle Reminder: Last Day to grab the 13.6% dividend of Sanima Bank

Sanima Bank Limited has proposed a 13.6% of the paid-up capital as a dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The paid-up capital of the bank is Rs. 8,80,13,80,984. The bank has proposed a 3.6% cash dividend and 10% bonus shares.

The book closure date for the dividend is Kartik 17, i.e. tomorrow. Thus, investors who can buy the shares of Sanima Bank today are also entitled to the dividend payout.

In the previous fiscal year (FY 2075/76), Sanima Bank had distributed 10% bonus shares and an 11.05% cash dividend.

Additionally, Sanima Bank Limited has also announced its 16th AGM on 28th Kartik, 2077, i.e. November 13.

The AGM will be organized in Amrapali Banquet, Baluwatar, starting from 11 am. Since physical crowding isn't allowed because of the increasing risk of the Covid-19 pandemic, some investors might have to join the AGM virtually.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. Furthermore, the AGM will also discuss increasing the authorized capital from the current Rs. 9 Arba to Rs. 12 Arba. The AGM will also discuss increasing the current paid-up capital of a little over Rs. 8.80 Arba to Rs. 9.68 Arba by issuing bonus shares.
