Garima Capital reshuffles its board; appoints new BoDs from Garima Bikas Bank and independent group
Garima Capital, through its board meeting, has appointed Mr. Mahesh Prasad Kafle and Ms. Nagima Shrestha as its independent BoDs.
Earlier, the merchant bank accepted the resignation of Mr. Yadav Kumar Shrestha and Mr. Ramakant Baral who represented Garima Bikas Bank. The board meeting has also appointed Mr. Ram Prasad Shrestha and Mr. Anil Regmi as the new BoDs as representatives of Garima Bikas Bank, as per the media statement.
