Garima Capital calls 6th AGM on Baisakh 9; to endorse 15.65% dividend

Garima Capital has called for its 6^th AGM to be held on Baisakh 9, 2079 at Park Village Resort, Budhanilkantha.

The AGM will discuss and endorse the following agendas:

*Will Discuss on all fiscal reports for the previous fiscal year

*Will Nominate new external auditor and allocate remuneration

*Election of five BoDs from promoter shareholder group

*Endorse dividend of 15.65% worth Rs 1.84 crore

*Amend memorandum of the company so as to upgrade its services by serving as issue manager, share registrar, and mutual fund manager.

*Bring in foreign strategic partners if deemed necessary

*Increase the meeting allowance of the board of directors
