Garima Bikas Bank convenes its 15th AGM; endorses proposal of 14.5% dividend to its shareholders and felicitates its best performing 4 branches
Garima Bikas Bank convened its 15th AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Shyam Prasad Bashyal on Poush 22, 2079.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 13.00% bonus shares worth Rs 59.68 crore and 1.50% cash dividend worth Rs 6.88 crore to the shareholders, as per the media statement. After the capitalization of the bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the bank will scale up to Rs 5.18 arba.
The bank has also felicitated its different branches for their exemplary performance during the previous fiscal year which includes Putalibazar branch, Imadol branch, Bayarghari branch and Hemja branch as the top four performers, as per the media statement.
