Garima Bikas Bank completes acquisition of then KCL Astute Capital; new entity to be known as Garima Capital
Garima Bikas Bank has completed the acquisition of then KCL Astute Capital where the bank has procured a 51.20% stake in the merchant banker thereby renaming the new company as Garima Capital.
Garima Capital will be providing Portfolio management service, demat and meroshare service, DP service, issue management service, share registrar service, corporate advisory service and mutual fund service, as per the media statement.
