Garima Bikas Bank and Sahara Bikas Bank Commence Joint Operation

After a successful acquisition, Garima Bikas Bank Limited and Sahara Bikas Bank Limited have commenced their joint operation. The companies will carry the joint operation under the name Garima Bikas Bank Limited starting from 28th Kartik, 2078.
Garima Bikas Bank acquired Sahara Bikash Bank in a share swap ratio of 1: 1. The paid-up capital after acquisition has been Rs. 3,94,81,83,105.08.
The central office for joint operation will be at Lazimpat, Kathmandu.
