Garima Bikas Bank and Rairang Hydropower to convene AGM today; Garima to endorse 16.15% bonus agendas

Garima Bikas Bank (GBBL) is its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Mangsir 27, 2076) at Hotel Pokhara Grand, Birauta, Pokhara, Kaski from 10:30 AM onwards.

The 235th Board Meeting held on Mangsir 04, 2076 following agendas have been decided for the AGM:

• Approval of the Annual Report to be presented by the Chairman on behalf of BOD along with financial statements for the year 2075/76.
• Approval of 16.15% bonus shares and 0.85% cash dividend.
• Appointment of auditor and determination of the remuneration.
• Increasing the authorized capital to Rs 5 arba.

Similarly; Rairang Hydropower Development Company Limited (RRHP) is also convening its 15th and 16th Annual General Meeting today at Baneshwor Banquet, Thapa Gaun, Kathmandu from 10:30 AM onwards.

The major agendas includes:

• Approval of financial statements.
• Election of 7 directors including 5 directors from promoter shareholders group and 2 from public shareholders group.
