Garima Bank to issue 1.1 million kittas of rights shares

SYANGJA, APR 10:

The Garima Development Bank at Waling, Syangja is to issue 1.1 million kittas of rights shares. The Second General Assembly of the bank held in Pokhara decided to increase paid up capital, said Bank Chairman Jaleswor Pandey.

The bank has now authorized capital of Rs. one billion, and issued and paid up capital at Rs. 220 million and the paid up capital will reach Rs. 330 million after the issuance of the right shares, said CEO of the bank Govind Prasad Dhakal.
