Gandaki Bikas bank SGM: to endorse 30% right share ; Book closure on Shrawan 5

Gandaki Bikas Bank Limited (GDBL) is convening its Special General Meeting (SGM) on 16 Srawan 2072. The bank’s SGM will be held at Pokhara at 9:00 AM.
The main agenda of SGM highlights the endorsement of 1: 0.30 (30%) right share from the paid of capital of Rs 35 crore 20 lakh.
The development bank aims to increase its authorized capital to Rs. 80 crore, Issued Capital and Paid up capital to Rs. 45 crore 76 lakh and 45 crore 76 lakh respectively.
The book closure for both Special Genereal Meeting and Right Share has been set for 5th Shrawan,2072.
Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. Shrawan 4 will be eligible for the right shares.
Its last traded price in NEPSE stood Rs 340 as of 15th July, 2015.
