Ganapati Microfinance to distribute 7% bonus shares for FY 75/76; net profit as of fourth quarter stood at Rs.3.04 Crore

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the dividend decision of Ganapati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GMFBS).

The 53^rd BOD meeting of the company has decided that the company will distribute 7% bonus shares worth Rs.72.45 Lakhs and 0.3684% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs.3.81 Lakhs, out of the profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders.

Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited had stated that its earned net profit of Rs.3.04 Crore in fourth quarter of FY 75/76 as compared to negative Rs.27.22 Lakh in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal year 2074/75.
