Ganapati Laghubitta convenes 3rd AGM; endorses decision to provide 7% bonus shares and 50% right shares to shareholders as per board’s decision

Ganapati Laghubitta has convened its 3^rd AGM on Poush 4, 2076 under the leadership of company’s chair Mr. Yuvraj Bhandari at Tanahu. The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide 7% bonus shares to the shareholders. The AGM has also provided a nod to issue 50% right shares to its shareholders after the capitalization of the proposed bonus shares.

Similarly, the AGM also elected Ms. Sajal Amatya and Mr. Prakash Kharel as new board members from the general public group, as per the media statement.

The microfinance has its 31 branches in 17  districts and serves more than 19K rural households in Nepal, as per the media statement.
