Ganapati Laghubitta Conducts One-Day Financial Literacy Program in Kushma

Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GMFBS), through its Kushma–Parbat branch, organized a one-day financial literacy program on Magh 13, 2082, in Kushma Municipality–4. The program was held under the chief guestship of Ward Chairperson Dinesh Shrestha, who highlighted the positive role of microfinance in improving livelihoods through small-scale lending.

The training focused on financial discipline, family budgeting, income–expense management, savings, responsible use of credit, and legal awareness. The session was facilitated by Prabhuraj Thapa, Head of Training, Compliance, and Promotion Department. The program also honored three outstanding center heads and three exemplary entrepreneurial clients. Around 30 members participated in the event, which was chaired by Yugmaya Giri and conducted by Branch Manager Ganesh Gautam.
