Forward Microfinance has Proposed to Distribute 30% Dividend for Fiscal Year 2078/79

From the 131st meeting of the Board of Directors of Forward Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (FOWAD), the company has passed information regarding the decision to submit the proposal of dividend distribution of the Fiscal year 2078/79 to the Nepal Rastra Bank for approval and to submit the proposal to the next annual general meeting for the approval of the dividend as approved by the Nepal Rastra Bank.

The microfinance company has declared to distribute a 5% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 4.22 Crores and a 25% bonus dividend worth Rs. 21.11 Crores from the profits of FY 2078/79. The current paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 84.45 Crores.
