Forward Community Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (FOWAD) is distributing 12.5% cash dividend directly to bank accounts to its shareholders and therefore has urged its shareholders to dematerialize their shares.
The seventh AGM of FOWAD held on Poush 29, 2076 had approved 12.50% cash dividend and 32.5% bonus shares.
Nabil Investment Banking is the share registrar of the company.
