FonePay Network Partners with Multipurpose Finance for Cross-Border Services

Multipurpose Finance Company Limited (MPFL) and FonePay Network have agreed upon cross-border business services, marking a significant milestone for the finance company.

Signed on the 15th of Chaitra, the agreement enables Multipurpose Finance to offer cross-border services to its customers, a first among finance companies in Nepal.

Deputy General Manager Pradeep Kumar Singh and Pashupati Mishra, Head of State for Fonepay Network, signed the agreement.

This service allows customers who initially accessed the QR payment service through Multipurpose Finance to now use BHIM and PhonePe apps via Indian UPI at Multipurpose Finance's QR locations in Nepal.
