Fonepay Launches 'Sakshyam Naari' Campaign: Empowering Women Through Digital Payments
Fonepay, Nepal's largest payment network, has launched the "Sakshyam Naari" campaign to promote financial inclusion and independence for women in the country.
Recognizing women's vital role in economic growth, Fonepay encourages them to embrace digital payments for streamlined financial routines. The campaign, in collaboration with Nabil Bank, NIMB Bank and Sanima Bank, running from Magh 26 to Falgun 28, 2080.
Female users of these banks can participate by performing a minimum of 3 transactions using Fonepay services through their mobile banking apps. Rewards include an exquisite diamond set for one Nabil Bank user and a guaranteed Rs 1000 top-up for the first 100 female users of both Nabil and Sanima Bank.
Fonepay's Chief Strategy Officer, Subodh Sharma, emphasizes the campaign's goal to boost technology adoption among women, addressing the lower usage of digital payments. The company ensures customer transaction security through encryption and authentication protocols.
