FM pardons defaulter
KATHMANDU, JUNE 1:
Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has stopped the punishment against Lakshman KC of KMC 10
according to the decision of the
government. The decision was taken by the finance minister on May 27. KC had accepted the role of a guarantor to willful defaulter Siddi Enterprises owned by Mahendra Prasad Gartaula. The company was listed under the willful defaulter list on
February 18, 2007.
