First Microfinance completes 10th Annual General Meeting; Approved 17% bonus

First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (FMDBL) has convened its 10th AGM on Ashwin 28, 2076 in Kathmandu. The AGM has approved the annual report for 2075/76 presented by the Chairman, Surendra Raj Regmi along with the financial statements prepared under NFRS.
Similarly, the AGM has also approved 17% bonus shares for its shareholders from the accumulated profit till 2075/76. The vacant post of Director from the Ordinary shareholders has been filled by Gyanendra Iwahang (representative of Gurkhaj Finance).
