FinMin seeks action plan from private sector
KATHMANDU, June 12:
Minister for Finance Dr Ram Sharan Mahat has urged private sector to work with effective action plan for achieving tangible results.
Speaking at a session on taxation and budget organized on the sidelines of the Special Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) on Wednesday, Mahat said the government will be more result-oriented and will facilitate the private sector.
“We have been listening to lots of demand from the private sector,” Mahat said, adding “The government cannot provide facility if it is not ensured about the result.” Speaking at the program, the businesspeople from across the country asked the government to facilitate them through the upcoming budget.
