FinMin holds meeting

KATHMANDU, APR 19:

The Finance Ministry, under the chairmanship of finance secretary Shanta Raj Subedi, on Thursday, held a meeting participated by all the chiefs of agencies under the Finance Ministry and its departments. The meeting, chaired by Subedi, evaluated the assigned works for the month of Chaitra (mid-March to mid-April) and directed all the concerned authorities to draft programmes that are performance oriented rather than process oriented for Baisakh (mid-April to mid-May). He directed them to control revenue leakage to increase revenue mobilisation and complete all the undertaken programmes on time.
